The unique physical structure of laminated honeycomb ceramics

The laminated honeycomb ceramics has the following advantages:
- It has strong plugging resistance and increase of service life.
- The side wall is composed of a single piece of special mastic formula, it is opened by thermal shock and releases thermal stress, so the single piece has strong thermal stress resistance, which greater than 400℃, it is not easy to be damaged.
- As the uniform airflow distribution, high turbulence, and high thermal efficiency, the VOC removal efficiency can be improved.
- As the large void ratio, the pressure of the air flow through the laminated honeycomb ceramics is reduced,it can reduce the operating costs.
- It is sheet air flow access, not the small square hole that goes straight up and down. Even if the air is blocked, it will bypass the side, this can reduce the effects on TER and pressure drop.
- It is cross-mounted by 90° turning of the two adjacent layers above and below, it can change the direction of the air flow, increase the turbulence and correct the small defects of uneven airflow distribution and Improper installation.
- The installation is simple and convenient, it has strong adaptability for on-site installation, and the length and width can be adjusted freely, no special hole or cutting is required, this can avoid the follow-up problem of surges in pressure drop.
- The upgraded MLM-Pro can be filled in more neatly, conveniently and be used for secondary filling. And when encountering gaps to be filled, it is only need to use the cutting machine to cut.
